  • Logistics Expense Deduction: If the return is accepted and processed for a refund, a standard Logistics Expense of ₹90 (Rupees Ninety only) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Wash Care: Always follow the specific wash and care instructions on the garment label. Damage caused by improper washing or ironing is not covered by this policy and will void any return or exchange request.

  • Fading: Slight colour fading over time is expected for all fabric-based products, especially when exposed to strong detergents or direct sunlight. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not grounds for a return or exchange.
